Alison joined Mattioli Woods in December 2023 as a Non-Executive Director of the Board and is also a member of the Risk and Compliance Committee.
After gaining an MBA from Nottingham University Business School in 1998, Alison has enjoyed a successful career holding executive and non-executive positions in a diverse range of regulated businesses, including public and private sector companies.
Alison is an accomplished strategic and client-focused leader with a successful track record of delivering accelerated business transformation, ensuring financial growth, digital innovation, and improved customer experience. Alongside her role with Mattioli Woods, she is the Board Chair of Acivico Group Ltd. and a Non-Executive Director of Shepherds Friendly, Auriga Services Ltd. and BHSF.
Married to Simon and living in rural Derbyshire, Alison has two sons and an energetic cocker spaniel.
