Mattioli Woods' commitment to apprenticeships and the development of young talent was showcased recently at the annual Leicestershire Employment Hub Apprentice Graduation ceremony held at the prestigious De Montfort Hall.
This year’s graduating apprentices represented three different areas of the Mattioli Woods business, client relationship management, information technology and asset management.
Fiona Treadwell, Technical Training Hub Manager said, “The graduating apprentices, achieving both level 2 and level 3 awards, underscore the diversity of skills training available via apprenticeships and the value they can bring to any business. This ceremony is always a proud day for Mattioli Woods and a highlight of my own calendar.”
Investment Administrator Vinay said, “The apprenticeship has given me the opportunity to acquire a qualification linked to my line of work while earning at the same time, therefore, not having to carry the potential burden of Uni debt should I have taken the so called ‘traditional’ route. Furthermore, the apprenticeship has helped me gain real work life experiences that cannot be taught from a textbook and has developed my personality from where I was post college.
